A Master of Pharmacy from the Mumbai University he has 17 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. His vision is to see the company as the leader in the EA and African market. He is a registered Pharmacist and has worked in Multinational companies in Dubai, India, and Kenya. He is leading a team of close to 350 in different areas in the chain of operations at Lab and Allied. He is grounded and focused, a man that approaches work with professionalism and ethics, he has worked in the company for two years now seeing it through some very successful heights. Committed to seeing the history and high market potential of Lab and Allied soar to greater heights. 

He is responsible for the implementation of the company’s Quality Management system and ensuring compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements including WHO Good Manufacturing practices and Kenya’s Pharmacy and Poison Act. With 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry Dr. Muigai is a registered Pharmacist and holds a B. Pharm, M.Sc and numerous professional certifications in Pharmaceutical GMPs, ISO accreditation, Pharmacovigilance and Executive leadership. He also serves on the Board of Management of the Kenya Quality Control Laboratory and committees of the Federation of Kenya Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. He has a wealth of experience and it will be vital in seeing Lab and Allied become a Global Pharmaceutical player both in terms of product offerings and therapeutic areas covered by the company portfolio and product quality.

An Alumni of the prestigious United States International University, he is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration graduate and an MBA degree from Griffith University in Australia. He joined the company in Lab and Allied in the Production Area to learn the ropes of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing as a trainee to get to know the company. He is responsible for spearheading the development of the company into the new phase of mechanization and product development. He has very good company knowledge and has even traveled to export destinations that Lab and Allied are affiliated with. He has the vision to expand the business in the whole of Africa.

He is a Bachelor of Pharmacy graduate, an MBA in Healthcare Management and has a cumulative experience of 14 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He also has 9 years of experience in the international Pharmaceutical market with a focus on Africa. He joined Lab and Allied early 2016 and his proven track record in handling International Business, delivering growth and exploring new business opportunities is an asset for the company. Majoring in areas of Pharmaceutical sales, business development, Key account management, and Distribution chain Management has also been instrumental in the delivery of his duties at Lab and Allied. He is a Registered Pharmacist in India and is Pursuing accreditation in Kenya. 

A B.Sc in Applied Chemistry Analytical Option, she has been at Lab and Allied for 4 years and has a collective experience of 15 years in the Pharmaceutical industry. She is responsible for the registration of Lab and Allied’s 300 products in the country, as well as 40 products in Uganda and 50 in Tanzania. She is a Member of Kenya Chemical Society. A strong believer in the value of teamwork and the power of efficient and supportive management as the driving force for any successful company. she aims to see the company not only grow its product range but also manage to register all of its products.
